To register to the Scape 2016 meeting, please send the following information in an email to scape2016@ebc.uu.se and make sure to pay the conference fee in time.

The deadline for registration is August 31, 2016. To ensure a place at the meeting, please register early. The lecture hall at Abisko can host not more than ca 80 persons. If we receive more than 85 registrations, we will give priority to early registrants.
Abstract (max 250 words) for talk/poster should be sent to scape2016@ebc.uu.se before September 12, 2016.
The conference fee should be paid by 31 August for the registration to be valid.
The conference fee depends on room preference. Default is a bed in a 4-bed room (sheets and towel included), but there are also some possibilities for signing up for hotel-standard rooms at a higher rate:
3600 SEK (about 400 euro) (lodging in 4-bed room).
4600 SEK (about 505 euro) (lodging in hotel section of the tourist station, per person in double room). Please, indicate at registration with whom you are sharing room.
5200 SEK (about 570 euro) (lodging in hotel section, single room)
Please, make sure to indicate your name with the payment.

Refunds
If you need to cancel your participation, we can refund the conference fee (minus any wiring costs) if you give us a notice not later than 12 September.
After 12 September no refunds can be made.
